Orders
Please make sure you have enough credit available for your order.

Please make sure your credit card is activated if new.

Please read Shipping (International) for appropriate shipping charges if you are an International customer. Always confirm shipping charges if your order is being shipped outside the Continental U.S. In order to expedite your order and to prevent other delays we will allow a period of fifteen (15) minutes after your order is placed for changes to be made. After this time we must consider any change a new order with new shipping charges.
 
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eChecks and Money Orders (Mail orders). We are currently using PayPal for our payment collection/processing service. PayPal provides you with a secured, guaranteed payment process. If you are an existing PayPal customer, and you wish to pay with a credit card, you will need to have added it to your PayPal account. This function is found under the "Profile" tab in your account window.
 
Pricing
HSN reserves the right to change prices as necessary based on market and manufacturer changes without prior written notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors throughout the website. This website supercedes all advertisements and preceding magazines and/or catalogs.

Back Orders
In the event an item you ordered is out of stock, we will make every attempt to determine the next availability of the product and if the product will not be available to us within 48 hours of your order receipt, we will send the items that are in-stock and notify you on your invoice that all backordered items must be reordered. This means we will only ship an order once and will not split orders because of lengthy backorders.

Shipping (Domestic)
We do not charge a handling fee per item or per order when the order is sent to an address in the Continental U.S., a U.S. possession or APO/FPO location. All orders shipped by UPS Ground to a final destination within the Continental U.S. are charged as follows: Product totaling less than $100.00 equals $5.95 shipping; Product totaling greater than $100.00 equals $7.95 shipping regardless of the weight of the order.

Shipping (International)
Canadian bound orders are charged a $6.00 handling fee and other International orders are charged a $10.00 handling fee. We reserve the right to increase this handling fee if special requests are made by International customers that cause us to incur additional time and packaging costs. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY INTERNATIONAL ORDER WITH A PRODUCT VALUE LESS THAN $120.00. It simply isn't cost effective for you due to postage costs. International orders should roughly figure your shipping costs at 45% of your order total plus the handling fee. Air Mail orders should expect a 2-4 week delivery time and surface mail orders should expect a 4-12 week delivery time. Wire transfers will incur an additional $15.00 service charge. For all other International orders we will refer to standard UPS shipping rates depending on the carrier used. All non-U.S. destined orders should email or fax for exact shipping and handling charges.

Damages
HSN makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Any damages or shortages must be reported to HSN within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Keep all merchandise including the box and all packing material. We will call UPS and request a claim check on your damaged merchandise. Once UPS inspects the damaged goods, a claim will be issued and you will receive credit.

Returns
Please email us for return authorization prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns after 10 days. Product returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
